Ari ensures customer data consistency across your entire tech stack. For how the sync behaves system by system, and what happens when two systems disagree, see the Customers FAQ.Best Practices
- Use consistent naming: Keep company names consistent across systems to avoid duplicates
- Maintain accurate email addresses: Invoices and reminders are sent to the billing email on file
- Complete required fields: At minimum, include company name, contact, and email
- Review before approving: The approval step is your chance to catch errors before they sync
- Regular audits: Periodically check for duplicate or inactive customer records
