Invite them yourself from your team settings. You don’t need to ask us. Owners and admins can send invites.You pick the role at the point of invitation: admin, editor or viewer. Invitations can be revoked before they’re accepted.
The one exception is the owner role. There’s a single owner per company, and only the current owner can hand that role to someone else.
Yes, through two credential types you manage yourself:
  • API keys for your own scripts and services.
  • MCP tokens for connecting an AI assistant that speaks the Model Context Protocol, so it can work with your LedgerUp data directly.
Both are scoped rather than all-or-nothing, expire on a set schedule, and can be revoked at any time. LedgerUp records when each one was last used, and from where, so you can audit access. Creating and revoking them is limited to owners and admins.
