Domain setup lives under Settings → Email. If you reach the mailbox setup screen first, it will link you there.On that page you can send the DNS records straight to whoever manages your DNS using Send to developer, rather than copying them by hand.
One thing worth checking if the option seems to be missing: custom domain also has to be enabled in your collections settings before it appears on campaigns.
Add your LedgerUp reply address (it takes the form [email protected]) to whichever AR or collections email group your team already monitors.Replies then arrive in the inbox your team already watches, and stay linked to the invoice and customer inside LedgerUp.
Check for a soft bounce before assuming the send failed. A soft bounce means we sent the message and the recipient’s mail server wouldn’t accept it, often after retrying for several hours.The most common cause is the recipient’s own mail server refusing the connection. The fix is on their side: ask their IT team to allow mail from the LedgerUp sending domain.
